Has nothing to do with the trike kit. Ask at a Honda 750 forum.

If the sensor runs off front wheel it doesn't change , but if it runs from the back wheel since that has changed by triking it , I would say Motor Trike would or should be able to answer your ???.

I put 44K miles on a 2009 750 Honda Shadow Aero with a factory-installed MT kit and the speedometer cable never left the front fork. If you're looking for a wiring diagram do a word search for "750 Honda Manual". That's how I found the free manual I printed off the net and passed along when I traded the Shadow trike for a pickup truck.
