Shuffle doesn't work on my Boom GTS 2019

Even if "shuffle" is labelled on my 2019 BOOM GTS the music on the USB pen is running always sequential from file 1 to the last one.What is wrong?

You might need a radio update Al, if you have a dealer near you they can do it or you can download from the HD site and do it yourself.

Wow! I did a recent Boom upgrade and my USB shuffle quit working as well. Time to take the trike in for maintenance and old change. Will have them check it out at that time.
