Shell Rotella® T6 15W- 40

James....I can't help on the oil......But i can Welcome you to Trike-Talk.....:clapping:'''

Thanks for the welcome.... I am waiting on a 2013 F6B with motor trike conversion to get here from Oklahoma and am starting my planning already. I live in Arizona so am wondering if the 5w-40 T6 will be ok or not.

Somebody will come along and answer...but in the meantime welcome to Trike Talk.

hello James

welcome to trike talk from east Texas, I buy my oil @ walmart and I only find t6 5w40, I have looked and no t6 15w40. I have used the t6 5w40 for some time now and no problems that I can tell

ride safe & often Jr. Adams

Thanks for the replies.... my only concern (for lack of better word) is using 5w-40 vs the recommended 10-40 in arizona. I realize the second number is the most important but not sure if there is any ill effect or not in a warm climate when considering the 5w and 10w

The difference between 5w or 10w....As they say in Farm county wound't even amount to a row of beans....Don't overthink it........
