Running boards

I have Lehman running boards and love them. For protection want to have truck bed liner spayed on the back section? Has anyone tried this? Also are these boards hard to take off and put back on - guy that's going to spray them wants to dismantle and I'm worried they might not go back on properly. Thanks.

Most that use the LineX actually have the "top"side coated along w/the forward surfaces of the fenders for paint chip protection.
The boards are not that hard to remove and reinstall.
Also, in case you didn't know, LineX can be color matched for most bike colors.

I have a Hannigan trike with the aqua-boards. I was asked to remove them too for them to spray. It took me about 20 minutes to remove mine and about an hour to re-install. It wasn't difficult, just realigning and clearing the previous drilled holes of the berliner material. I wouldn't hesitate doing it again, I believe it was the best thing I've done to my trike for ease of cleaning and no more paint chip repair.
