Run biker off road

Has any one heard of a car club TNT.
To get accepted you have to run biker off the road.

I checked out the site, looks like a group of youngsters with middle of the road cars. Kind of sounds like they want to be little badasses, kind of rubs me the wrong way. If they are indeed doing this I would imagine sooner or later they will try someone who will shoot back vs being run off the road. If they are indeed trying to run people off the road it can be considered endangering a life to a point I would think deadly force could be justified.

Maybe it's just me, but has anyone brought this web site to the authorities attention? Doing things like this is highly illegal and could be prosecuted and handled legally. Maybe it's just me, but if I had an option other than taking or potentially risking another persons life, I would take the "other" option.
