Remote Receiver Programming for CSC Security System

I have a 2011 HD Ultra Classic with a CSC Daytona Conversion.

I bought it from a Harley Dealer (Trade In) and it came with two CSC Security FOBs.

The dealer didn't know anything about the security system and basically said "good luck"

I downloaded the PDF file "Remote Programming" from the CSC website.

Will over at CSC said...

"The receiver that you are looking for is about the size of a deck of cards. It is on the roof of the body forward of the right side latch."

Does anyone have any experience accessing this module and getting the Security System to work with the FOBs

I don't want to tear up all the carpet in the truck just to get to the module...

So how do you get the carpet removed without destroying everything.

Where do you start removing it?

Any help getting the system to work would be appreciated.

I am in Las Vegas and unfortunately I don't have a CSC dealer closer than Salt Lake City or Phoenix so I'm going to have to tackle this myself.

Key fob

From what I understand, that key fob only operates the trunk, and only the "open" part does anything. Trunk is closed manually, no key required. The key you show is for the tour pack and fork locks.

If the trunk does not open check the fob battery.
