Question bumpskkid plate

I installed it on my 2011 Sypder.

It's fairly substantial in case you happen to tap a parking lot bollard. It also protects the under carriage from any road debris that may be kicked up.

I will likely put one on my 2014 when it arrives. It's fairly easy to install. However, another set of hands greatly facilitates the process.

"Honey ... can you help me hold this?"

You won't be disappointed.

I installed a bumpskid plate on my 14 RT while I had it jacked up to install a sway bar.It is a simple installation, fit very well and is very well built. Should really protect the bottom plastic of the RT. I scraped the bottom just coming out of a mall parking lot.The skidplate covered up the scrape mark and will protect much better than the original which did nothing. It also gives me another place to install LED's.

Was one of my first mods on my 2012 RT, along with spyder pops belt guard. Easy install once you get a few screws started. Just remember pre 2014 that the OEM skid plate has to come off before installation of the new one! Defenitely a plus for protecting the nose of the Spyder!ThumbUpThumbUp
