Power duals

I just installed a set of power duals on my 2016 tri glide and Jackpot mufflers and reprogrammed my PV. When I start is it sure does make a load noise. Does anyone might know what it is? I made sure everything was tight. Am I going to have to pull everything off the bike again?

Can’t say with out hearing it. :Shrug: But if it sounds like a loud starting ping , your program is wrong ! Just a thought.

I believe its in the exhaust. If I hold the driver running board against the exhaust putting pressure on the exhaust the sounds goes away. could it be the running board hitting the exhaust?

You may need a spacer/s on the right running board mount. Your new exhaust may have included them?? If not you can get a set from DK Customs. Easy to install.

I put one in. I'm going to remove that foot board and see if the noise goes away. I put one spacer in already.

problem fixed

The spacer for the floor board that comes with the kit was not enough. I added more spacers and now it doesn't rattle. Thanks everyone for the input.
