Howdy All!!
I just got the Tri-Glide adaptor for my Pit Bull Motorcycle lift - no instructions were included. I called and they sent me some but I'm still having a hard time trying to decipher them.
Anyone have one of these??
If so, any chance you can post some pics and maybe walk me through how to use it properly with the Tri-Glide. I sure as the devil don't want the Trike falling off the darn thing!!!!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks much.
Greg

I have the same lift and it works great. Place the lift under the trike with the back lift support behind the transmission and exhaust crossover. Then work the trike bracket on the back support, it will lift on the A frame. I lift mine from the right side, you may have to run your right wheel on a 2x6 to raise it high enough to get the trike bracket under the trike. start jacking it and look to make sure you aren't crushing the crossover exhaust. Go slow, get it off the ground a couple of inches and shake it, climb up on it, it works fine :)

I purchased one over the winter. Was told I could just slide it under with out getting down on my knees. Had both knees replaced and 5 back surgeries was told I would not have to get down on them. I purchased a set of race ramps model RR-TJ. Nice and light drive on and place your adapter on the lift. Go at a slight angle toward rear tire. Once adapter clears exhaust pipe use rear wheel to brace lift against and pivot jack around to the cross member. You can lift from the other side but you have to get your wheel up higher to clear your belt. Just practice you will come up with the easiest way for you.

Thanks much! The pics helped. Going to make a couple of 2x6 ramps and give it a try over the weekend - wish me luck - hope it doesn't fall off (lol)!!

or just pump up the shocks that works too..if done right the bike will not fall off..

Good Luck

Adapter measurements

Hey guys. Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but would it be possible for one of you to post up the measurements of the Pitbull Triglide adapter? I just want to see if it will fit my custom-framed trike...

Much appreciated
