Taking our daughter to the airport this morning a little after 6 AM on I-5 in Downtown San Diego in lanes exiting the freeway, when the car in front of me slams on his brakes and pulls over to the right and stops. I slow and go around him and there in the lane to my right was a person, looked to be a middle aged male covered in blood and not moving. There was two lanes exiting the freeway and I was in the left lane. There was four cars stopped and a man was just exiting the first car that had stopped. Our daughter got on her phone and called 911 and it was the first the police had heard about the incident. Daughter was on her way to Knoxville, TN and police finally got her on the phone when she landed in Washington, DC. Guess I will look in the newspaper tomorrow and see if I can find any info about the incident.
