Has anyone had one installed on their 96 ci? Opinion?

I had them on my '08 Ultra once upon a time. For what they are, they work well. If you are doing any more than basic changes, they are inadequate. Keep in mind, all they do is enrichen closed loop slightly. A good tune is MUCH more involved than that.

yea you are just fooling the ECM at the oxygen sensors..They are good for stock applications..

I had them on my 08 Electra Glide for a while and on my 11 Trike for a bit. Worked fine for me and others I've known that have used them. They richen up the fuel mixture. Helps cool the heat down. Work good for stock bike or if one just changes mufflers but if one goes farther than that I'd recommend a tuner.
