The Bar and Shield went on in 2013 to cover up an old tattoo. Wanting to add a half sleeve flag since then. Artist and I finally came up with a design I liked. It's not completely finished yet. Still has about 2-3 hours left to do. That will get done in a month or so. Click on the image to enlarge.
