New Front tire

A friend and me are going to put new tire on. I have a 1500 with a motor trike kit with running boards. What is the best wat to get the front end off the ground to accomplish this? If it involves a jack. Where is the best place to put the jack without doing any damage? Thanks for your help.

If using a paddle type jack, under the very front of the engine and frame, just enough to get the wheel rotating.

I recently fitted a new front tyre on my 1800....as Lee says ..under the engine at the front..i used a m/cycle/ATV jack with two pieces of wood underneath the sump...when wheel was removed i put the axle back in and lowered the bike .gently...onto an axle stand to take some of the weight while the wheel was replaced
