Need help with Champion trailer wiring

Hello all

I need some help with getting the wiring figured out on my Champion trike kit on my 2006 VTX1800C.

The trike has 6 wires that I understand are:

Brown - running/tail

Green - right turn

Yellow - left turn

Black - ground

Red - brake

Blue - accessory (12v +)

My Trailer (that I have recently purchased) has a 5 flat connector and there IS a pair of wires INSIDE the cargo area (that I assume is for a aux battery).

The lights on the Trailer are basic tail/brake, and side running lights.

I am trying to figure out how to properly install a connector on the trike to be able to connect to the trailer's existing 5 flat connector.

I guess what is confusing me on the trike wiring is that it has separate wires for the turn signal and the brake lights.

So

I dont know what wires, should go where, on the connector that I need to install on the Trike.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Trike to Trailer wiring Hookup

This is how I connected my trike to trailer with a sub harness or tapping direct.

Your trike Blue (+ hotwire) is for connecting an interior light or a cig lighter/usb charger/etc. that's always ON but will require a 6 wire flat connector.
