Need help identifying my recent purchase.

Hi, let me start by just saying that I'm new to trikes, so please forgive me if i seem a little stupid when it comes to asking questions.

I recently purchased a vw powered trike from a lady who's husband passed away. The lady had no clue as to the origins of the trike or who the builder was.

The only information I have is a small tin vin plate with "stallion" abs the vin number on it that came with the trike. I looked up stalion trikes and I can't find anything that looks like the one I have.

I'm hopping that someone in the trike community can help me learn more information about this beautiful machine.

I grabbed a screenshot to post a pic of your trike. Photos can be a great help in cases like this. That's all the help I can give you now but maybe someone will recognize it.

Could be a Stires. Pictures are of '71-'72 vintage models. Tourpack is different (no humpback), gas filler is different, and springer rockers are different. Could be a later model Stires or a Stires "clone", there was a lot of imitators back in the 70's. What does the title say? Nice find!
