Muffler Interchangeability

Hi, would the mufflers from a 2021 road king fit on my 2021 tri-glide? The right muffler has the large diameter inlet and the left muffler has the standard size inlet, so that part should work. My concern if there is any incompatibility with the hanger mounts and the shielding.

Advice much appreciated.

Tri glides use slip ons with the same diameter inlets. Twin cam style. Take a look under your trike.

Your 2021 Road King is a M8 and indeed use two different sized muffler inlets.
They will not work on a Tri Glide.
(You will need mufflers for a Twin cam).
The Tri Glide utilizes the same mufflers for 2016 & older touring bikes.

Got the muffler fixed up with a 1.5" inlet. Next step is to get them on the bike. Here is a pic of the fix. I dropped it off with a fellow who had the tools and skills and an hour later I have it back. Just need to cut expansion slots to fit it onto the head pipe.

The hairy lazy one is my mechanical assistant.
