Yeah good luck with that. Circular saw shopping. I can find nothing made In this country. Made in USA from parts made somewhere else! From what I'm seeing they make them somewhere else. Stick the labels and a plastic doodad or two and call it USA made. In all the reviews they're not as good as a Harbor Freight. As a matter of fact they're down right junk. So if you know of a corded circular saw that's made here I'd like to know about it. I really need it this weekend. The guard on my 45 year old Craftsman gave it up. I guess I'll be at Harbor Freight whether I want to or not.

Everyone talks the talk.......But do they do the walk......I'm willing to bet 25 % or more post about accessories 'Parts and such, Start off with don't buy it there you can get it cheeper here.....Don't buy the trike there travel 5 hundred miles and buy it here cheeper......Americans want to make 50 dollars+ an hour plus benefits ....But buy off of people making 50¢ an hour with no benefits....

Pogo.................We have met the Enemy 'And he is ''Us''............

Slave labor shouldn't cost 50 cents an hour. What rip off.:xzqxz::laugh:

That’s what we paid the indigenous population (Non-politically correct Gooks) $.50 an hour to fill sandbags and set up fortifications in Nam....And Charlie then would pay them an extra $.50 an hour to map out the coordinates for their mortars !

Short answer no. From what I found all circular saws are made in China. Including brands that used to be German or Japanese. For what it's worth, if they stopped all trade with China like people talk about. It'd be a real eye opener and people wouldn't like what they see.

Even the companies that say it’s made In America if you look at the fine Print only some are and if you look close enough even then they are Assembled in America With Chinese or Taiwanese parts.Craftsman Milwaukee and most of the tool makers mix and match the countries where the parts come from so it’s almost impossible to tell where it actually is made....All battery operated tools are Not made in America.... If you only want to buy American be prepared to pay a high price and then once a Company Realize you will ‘Only’ buy American be prepared for the American companies to produce junk like car companies did from the 60s and 70s till the Japanese and to some extent VW came in and showed American companies some well needed competition..👍..
