Lifting a CSC with irs

In order to change rear tires and replace brakes, how do I get both wheels off the ground at the same time? Using a jack under the dif frame results in only one side going up.

You need to lift and block up each side if you want them both in the air at the same time because even if you could get it lifted equally as soon as you take off a wheel on one side or the other you will throw the balance off causing it tip toward the side that still has it's wheel/tire on. Ask me how I know...
