Klictronics are unreliable & ireputable company

Notice the glaring lack of warranty and refund: return information on the website. They exploit the disabled for $$$$$ then don't stand by their product and warranty, they leave motorbike owners with totally unreliable motorbikes in the middle of nowhere with no conscience whatsoever. I will never purchase a Klictronic ever again and will be telling every disabled rider I come across not to buy from them. Id definitely go for a Pringle in future.

First off, welcome to TrikeTalk Mary! I will admit, I have no experience with these shifters but did a quick search and see that they seem to have good reviews. I did see that sometimes a bit of adjustment is needed and that they do need a battery that's in good condition or they can be unreliable.

Can you please elaborate on exactly what problems you are experiencing with the shifter?
