Intercom on a 2022 trike.

I have been trying to get the Intercom set up on my new trike. Can't seem to get the proper screen to come up. I have both helmets hooked up. I know I have to go to home, then go to com. which I assume is the headphone icon Number 8 is the com. I click on it, I touch it, and does nothing. I just can't find the Intercom screen. The download on Harley sight doesn't help. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks, Jerry. PS. It's a, 2022 Trike.

I don’t use or need the intercom nor do I know how it works.. But I’m just trowing this out just in case??… With my 2019 on the left hand bar there’s a switch with a phone icon on it..Will have to be pressed on???

Years ago, I wanted an intercom on my bike. My wife didn't want me to put it on. Now, I can't shut her up.HaHa. That is for voice recognition.

I looked at that video. I have a 2022 tri-glide. The video is an older bike, and not the same Boom-Box GTS. But Thanks As soon as the weather gets better (Snowing) I'll make a trip to the dealership.

Thanks Donald. I did go to that you tube video. I got to the part where you touch the headphone icon. I touched the icon, mine highlighted the headphone, but it wouldn't let me go any farther. I did have both helmets hooked up. Hopefully tomorrow, the weather is not raining or snowing, I'm going to try to get to the dealership.

So, here's the latest scoop. Took it to the dealership this morning. Being that today is Saturday, they didn't have the crack team working. They tried and tried to get it to work, but couldn't. So they had a brand new Trike sitting in the showroom. Needless to say they change out the radio. They said my radio was junk. Lucky me. Thanks for all that commented. Jerry

Glad it worked out and happy to see that your dealer stepped up to that factory warranty.

Now for them to get a replacement radio so they can sell that other new trike

Wow! That was nice of them. They got it installed the same day you took it in? If so, that's good service.

Ya, Same day. After they decided they couldn't fix it, they just wheeled the new trike to the back room. They change it out. Only took an hour or so. Great dealership. Clinton Harley Davidson. Clinton, Iowa.
