I have gone to the mountains of Maggie Valley for three days with four other bikes to enjoy the cooler weather. I am real tired of this hotter than _ell weather near Charlotte. So eat your hearts out!

I go to Shady Valley home of US421 and come up around Backbone rock. Talk about cooler, it's at least 10 to 15 degrees cooler there. And I also go to Roan Mtn. state park, it's really cool up there.....:Biker:

We also go to Roan Mountain every year to The Steak-out that one of the GWRRA chapters put on. We rent a cabin and stay for two days. Fantastic place!
