How do I identify what type of 2005 GW GL1800 and Motor Trike I have

I recently became a proud owner of 2005 GW GL1800 with a motor trike conversion and I don't know anything about them. Can someone tell me how I can determine what features I have and what kind of motor trike kit I have? How can I tell if the Motor Trike has independent suspension or has a straight axle?

From the photo provided, it appears to be either a Fastback or a Fastback 2+2 model.

I do not know the differences between the models but Motor Trike can answer that.
