Having a hard time getting highway pegs to work for me. With bad knees and short legs i need to stretch my legs out a lot. with the lowers on my 2013 tri glide i cant get them set right. I bought a set a shorty mounting brackets but cant get them in a good place. Any ideals can help and maybe pictures of where you mounted them .Thanks to all

29" inseam short legs also

Santa brought log ones so far so good I have to keep moving my legs or they cramp up. I can rest heal on floor board and place toe on peg really comfortable also easy to get back on controls if needed. :Coffee: Fred

These are HD parts... bracket (long) mounts to the bar about 16" off the floor. I am 5'5", and have short legs. This setup allows me to keep my heels on the floorboards and toes on the pegs, or comfortably reach the pegs with my boots, allowing for multiple foot positions and hours of comfortable riding.

PS. This also gives me a chance to show off my Mighty Mites!

I have mine set from floor up 16 inches like MB1953, like I said in other post they are the HD long angled ones, I have a 30"inseam, the part I like about them is you can set the peg in a position you like, level or sort of up, I have mine up just a little, I think I have mine set with the arm at least 1 inch away from the lower, I can put my heel on the floorboard or both feet on the peg when going down the road, feels good so far.

All for now Trampas

P.S. I took a pic of mine finally pic 1.jpg

shorties

i have the short ones looks like i need the long or maybe offset short they cost so much you cant just try to see if one works or not i left my old ones on my ulta when i traded it in they were not contfoable anyway

The set-up I have (with a heel rest) on my TG allows an almost infinite amount of foot positions, from just relaxed to fully stretched out. I find that having the most options is the most comfortable, especially on longer rides.

Used in conjunction with Floorboard Extensions is a huge plus.

I'm using the following:
