I've pretty much come to the conclusion that the Elio won't be. They need a huge amount of money to get this into production. One would think that if they had a marketable product the big money investors would already be in. Every year they put out a news release stating that they project that production will start sometime next year. Something tells me that 2017 will be no difference.
