help needed with pictures

I am having trouble posting pictures . I guess they are the wrong size ? a wing nut like me needs some help. my last computer was a coloring book.
I am down loading from a galaxy s 4 to my computer . some will work others..
any advise ?

If it's truly a size problem, I use this online shrink tool to get a picture down in size. If that's not it come up with another guess. I think there is enough brain power here to get you the help you need at some point.

I use Paint in windows accessories to resize. In the top left corner click on the paste option, pictures, and choose the one to be resized, then the click resize to the pixels or size. Pretty simple, then save to folder. Works well for me. ThumbUp I use the pixel option, click on it and then type 640 in the top box, then click on crop. Your picture is small enough for the forum. Play around with it and you'll get the hang of it fairly quick. You can put any pixel size in that box you choose. The bottom box will take care of itself. Hope that helps if you are looking to resize a pic.

Maybe I misunderstood the problem. If you are having trouble from phone transferring to computer This youtube might be helpful.






You should be able to copy/paste from your picture folder on the Galaxy to your PC picture folder, also the reverse. If none of this is helpful I have no other ideas.

Have you tried:

1.Connect your Samsung to computer
2. Navigate to My Computer.
3. Double-click on the your Samsung drive that shows up in the list
4. Now, navigate to /Internal Storage/DCIM/ or you can find out your photos on the "Pictures" folder.
The folders within this folder contains the photos from all albums on Samsung.
Just copy and paste them in any other folder on computer’s hard drive. Now you will have your pictures on computer.

Hopefully that will work for getting your pictures transferred.
