Title should say From the new guy not for...

:wave4: Hey folks. New guy here. My trike showed up today.

Was wondering if there are many VW trike guys in northern Indiana?
I am new to this critter and it needs a good deal of work. HALP!

Long and short of it is the wife has stage 4 breast cancer and can't ride on the back of the bike much anymore. I got the trike to be sure she gets all the wind therapy she needs. So I am tossing a line out there and looking for help/advice.

Thanks
-Todd

Welcome Todd. I'm not anywhere near IN but I did recently get a 2nd trike with 1970 VW power. Just switched from generator to alternator this weekend. Need to do wiring tonight. Hope your wife enjoys the wind therapy. Best of luck to her.

Welcome Todd from Oklahoma!!! VW's are pretty easy to work on I would suggest that you get How to Keep Your Volkswagen Alive: A Manual of Step-by-Step Procedures for the Compleat Idiot in Paperback I got one and it has been the best thing I could have done. Good Luck!!!
