HD Svc Bulletin affecting radio

My radio on '10 TG just repaired (extended warranty). HD sent attached service bulletin to my dealer concerning handlebar clamp screws hitting radio. They replaced them while reinstalling radio. This was first time they had heard of this problem. Note the bulletin is dated Oct 11, 2010.
Pic of bulletin seems to have attached correctly from my cell. If anybody wants a PDF version, just shoot me a PM.

Looks like 06 - 10.

Bulletin says all '06-'11 built before Oct 7, 2010 touring models. Here's a right side up pic. A little easier to read.
