Harley's & BMW cross paths again!

Last summer, on our Alaska trip, Mary and I met Evangeline in the Yukon. We rode together for quite a few miles, including up to Fairbanks, thru Denali and down to Anchorage.

Evangeline is from Australia, and started her trip in Seattle in April of 2013.

Here we are in the "North Pole" outside of Fairbanks-

Here's a pic of Evangeline on a Sporty in the Harley/BMW dealership in Fairbanks, Alaska.

We had a great time riding and seeing the sights together. Here's Mary and Evangeline outside the Ice Museum-

She is STILL on her trip a year later!

A couple of days ago she hit Mississippi and we have been seeing some local sights, riding some country roads together.

Here I am leaving the house to go meet up with her. (GPS does not work going to our house)

Tomorrow she's headed out for the Dragons Tail, and then up to the NE corner of the USA. Then she'll be cutting across the North and back up to Alaska again!

We may get some more riding in before she leaves....it's raining right now.

This afternoon Evangeline continued on her trip.

Tomorrow she should be at the Tail of the Dragon. She's planning on spending about 1 week in the Smoky Mountains before heading up to the NE corner of the USA.

All done, and getting ready to roll-

The amount of gear she has is amazing, but she's got everything for riding and camping in 100* temps, down to below freezing in bear country.

We've had some strong wind and rain the last couple of days. It is 46* here as she is getting ready to head out.

We really enjoyed riding with her for over 1000 miles up in Canada and Alaska, and we had a great time the few days she was here.

No Doubt, I would love to get on the TG and ride for a year!!!
