Harley Windshield Mount Mirrors

Hi All, I was wondering if any tried the Harley windshield mount mirror kit, my question is how do the mirrors mount to the brackets, Harley in their infinite wisdom still sells the brackets but discontinued the mirrors so you can have brackets in the wind without mirrors, I can get mirrors with a 1/4" stud but any pictures they have are from the front only so there's no way of knowing, great group here with lots of knowledge, thanks in advance

Thanks Zammy, FuzzyWuzHe said they thread in then use a set screw to secure them, I'll take a chance and buy the bracket set and hope for the best
