Hello Fellow Trikers

Just wondering if anyone has had problems with the Harley Davidson MAIN office? I have E- mailed the Main office several times in the last month and a half concerning am issue I have with my 2019 Tri Glide. after the first E mail I received a response stating that someone would contact me within 24 hours, never heard from anyone, I never received a response from the other E mails I sent them. Its so sad that you spend thousands of dollars on their bikes, and they can not even respond to an E mail requesting help.

Just for my own curiosity , what are the problems.....With my new 2017 i had the oil transfer/migration ...And after the 3th phone call to them [corporate] about it....They wound't talk to me....They said your dealer is handling it and hung up........

2019 Tri Glide Issue

My issue is the following: I was wondering if Harley was going to make the (Lighted hand control switches) for my 2019 Tri Glide. I have talked to a couple of Harley's Dealers in the area and they said that they did not know if Harley was going to produce this switches; so I decided to talk with Harley directly. I believed that Harley CORP. actually cared about its customers. I guess the joke is on me.
