This Saturday the wife and i hooked up with a group leaving a local HD shop for a ride to Mansfield Ohio to tour the old Ohio State Reformatory.This is where the movie The Shawshank Redemption was filmed this prison is around a 100 years old or older we took the self guided tour and it was great,if ever in the area i recommend it.Rode 350 miles round trip skirting rain storms and just in general having a good time.This is the first time my wife has went on a ride like this in many years.Now that we have the trike she has no issues with getting on and off,although at first i was kinda sad about giving up my Road Glide,but after yesterday it was the best thing i have done in years,haven't seen my wife this happy in a long time.

Yep, switching from the ultra classic to the tri glide got the Sweetie back out for riding. I have let all the 2 wheelers go and the tri is unbelievable. Keep on riding. Jim

My wife didn't like riding my 2 wheelers but since I got the trike she's always ready to go!

My wife has back problems and would never get on 2 wheels with me. She said she would ride if i bought a trike. No thinking about it, I bought a trike. Her back problems gave gotten worse but she still does short rides with me. Seeing her that happy makes my day. Happy Wife...Happy Life!!

For those of you who are thinking about a trike,all i can say is after 1500 miles on my trike now i am starting to get comfortable.Some may adapt sooner there is no set miles.The wife loves it and so do i.Starting to notice more trikes on the road,must be an age thing more baby boomers switching over.
