H4 or H7??

Im a little confused here.
I want to add my head light module and have to get a dual bulb harness.
Does my 2010GW have a H4 or set of H7 low beam bulbs??

I was watching an install vid for high intensity bulbs from a guy named CruiseMax or something to that effect.
The 2012 he was showing had an H4 adapter that used H7 bulbs.

Can someone please direct me here??

All of the headlight bulbs on a gl1800 are the same. The low beam and high beam bulbs are both H7 bulbs and I believe they are 35 watts.

The owners manual gives the wattage but not the type.
