GPS volume

Maybe everybody knows this . I didn't untill I brought my Trike to the Dealer because the GPS could not be heard via the speakers.
I discovered something from the Dealer about my Garmin/Harley GPS volume control. If you change the radio volume during the time the GPS is talking through the radio speakers, you set the volume for the GPS via the speakers regardless of where the GPS volume is set.

That is correct..You wait for the voice then adjust your volume for each device when sound is heard

Great info. I spent an hour and a half going over every aspect of the bikes electronics with the dealerships head electri guru and he never said a word about any of this. Makes me wonder what else he forgot to mention.
