GPS on 09 Tri Glide

Does any one Know where I can get a bracket to mount my Garmin GPS on the handle bars?? or reccomendations on how to mount it on my trike?? I have been using the suction cup on gas fill lid but want a more permanent way and would like to use acc switch setup instead of plugging into cigarette lighter to power it also. Thanks for your help... :Flag:

I had a ram mount on the bars but changed to a Kuryakyn fuel door mount. I like the fuel doorl mount much better ( right in front of you and there seems to be less glair )

The model # is 1466 and I put a 12v power point mounted under the left fairing glove box, took power from the aux. switch ( used the double aux whip bought at the hd dealer) the aux switch also powers the Lenal fan

I also use the Ram-Mount on my 09Ultra/CSC. I have a Garmin Nuvi mounted in a Ram-Mount Aqua-Box. I plug mine into the cigarette lighter Works great for me! Here's some pictures.

Handlebar mount sucks, you will have glare from the sun at times. Ram mount on gas lid better and also can be hard wired to ACC. switch.

I have used the RAM mount on the handlebar, also drilled a hole in fairing in the "V" between the speedo and tach gauge and now the Kury fuel door mount. The fuel door is a lot steadier and doesn't vibrate as much...I like it better than the others.

As for wiring, remove your outer fairing, on the headlight wiring there is two wires that I believe are used for daylight running lights in Europe..not in USA. They will have a red cap on the "HOT" wire. Attach your hot and ground ( black wire) here...works with ignition switch...easy and when removed there is no evidence of it being there...works for me anyway.

I had dealership mount and wire my gps. It is plugged in the aux. plug in but I haven't figured how to hear the commands through the head sets...I can hear the radio and passenger and I can talk..any help?

I'd be curious to know that myself but I'm content to hear the commands thru the speakers. I'm not a headset person. Don't even use my CB.

You have to be listening to the Aux to hear the commands. The only thing that can be running in addition to the Aux is intercom and CB, you can't be listening to a CD or the radio and hear anything that is connected to the Aux port.
