GL1800 Roadsmith (2002) Rear Brake

Hi. Can you please advise me where to get rear brakes along with the hub?

Model: Honda Goldwing GL 1800 (Roadsmith - 3 wheels) - 2002 year

Is it possible that it can also be used from a car? If yes - with one? Or number of part

It would be ideal if it could be ordered to or from Europe.
