Further research on rear/reverse front tire for Valkyrie 1500

I'm replacing my front tire on my Valk 1500. I intend to purchase the Michilen Pilot Active and reverse-mount it.

This is my second thread dealing with this after narrowing down possibilities.

Two questions:

1) Would the sidewall on a V rated tire be stiffer than
H rated tire?

2) There seems to be two sizes being used by forum
members:
150/90/17V
&
150/70/17H or V

The 90 series tire in a MPA is available only as a V rated tire while the 70 series comes in either H or V ratings.

Apparently the 90 series introduces less speedometer error and is the tire I prefer absent clearance or rating problems.

Any my suggestions or comments regarding the above would be appreciated.

150/90/17V & 150 / 70 / 17 with a 69V Load Index H or V

They do not make a 150 / 90 / 17 size tire in the Michelin Pilot Activ / The above is direct from Michelin http://motorcycle.michelinman.com/tires/michelin-pilot-activ#dim not sure where your looking that size up but for Pilot Activ its not listed.....

Are their other tires in 150 / 90 / 17 size , Find tires by size : http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com/tires?wt.ac=tires_mngr_-_sub_1_11.05.15_tirefinder 0 - Comes Up there are a few 80 Aspect tires but none I would run on the Valk.... Sorry only 1 Good Choice the MPA in 150 / 70 / 17 and it is a rear sport bike tire which many run on the front and it is a Bias Ply tire so it has a strong sidewall / bike & Trike tires have never really worried about the sidewall as the weight factor is not like a car or truck tire. I run the MPA tire on my Goldwing and have for the past three tires at about 25,000 miles and highly recommend it.
