Full time triker

I think that I can now declare myself a full time triker. I thought it would take longer for me to convert from 2 wheels to 3 considering all the years that I spent on bikes. Not so. I have really enjoyed my outings on the trike and the Mrs. especially so. The only down side that I have noticed is when I am making movies. It is so cool to watch the leans in the curves through the mountains on the bike. But for long range comfort, it's hard to beat that trike.

Now if I can just sell the Harley and trailers, then I'll know that there will be no going back for us. I thought about converting the bike, but I see no need for 2 trikes. Besides, I like the Honda.

After I bought the tri glide I could not understand why I waited so long. I let the ultra classic go when I purchased the trike and kept the dyna for 6 months. It was an easy thing to do once I got one good trip on the tri glide. Jim

I also love my Goldwing trike and it will be the last one to go when that time arrives. But, I still have my ST1300 for the two-wheel riding that I so enjoy. Will keep riding two wheels as long as I safely can. Wife will only ride trike now so my two-wheeling time has been greatly reduced. But that's OK.

Yes, life on 3 has been a pleasure to us as well! Converting to 3 from my 2wheeler was a challenge, but after a few miles I started to get the picture, "drive" the trike don't ride it. Now have 16K on our trike conversion and hope for many, many more happy miles ahead with guys and gals with the same love of being free on three! Always ride safe, and post pictures!!!!
