I know you starve for culture so!

Guess what the picture is....
A beautiful bird? No, Look closer.
This is a woman in full body paint.

Clue: Her left leg is pointing down like a tail.
Her right arm is braced on the stump, her other arm is folded over her head.
The bird's eye is in the center of her forehead.
The longer you look, you'll see her clearly.
She's sitting on the wood stump.

Holy crap that's a good picture. I'll be doing the culture thing in a couple of weeks when I ride up to Greenwich, CT for a show opening at the Brant Foundation Art Center.

Much easier to see the detail if you enlarge the picture.

Uhhh, always wanted to get me some culture ....are they hiring painters? :D

I use to see things like this all the time, back in the late 60's when I was tripping while listening to Jimmy Hendrix!! LOL :D

Next time you get over to Sturgis look up the black Hills playhouse in Custer state park at center lake. It's a couple miles up the road to the needles highway coming from the Custer, S.D. side and close to the state game lodge.
When I lived in the hills I bought season tickets every year and I have never seen a bad play there.
Used to take along a little wine and picnic food and do a tail gate party out of the bikes trunk at half time, you know a little tail gate party?
It was a great way to do something the wife was into without making me dread it.
I didn't think I would like that kind of crap but heh" it was alright!ThumbUp
