Football is upon us once again! What is your favorite football memory?

being from the birthplace of football and home of the Football hall of Fame Canton, Ohio. This time a year is always special to me. I was born breed and raised here and starting to groom the next generation of Reed's.

My favorite football memory is playing back yard ball with all of the neighborhood kids. Getting together to bash each others heads in.

Texas football fans at work always tell me OU is good because half their players came from Texas. My typical response is "If Texas players were so superior, why is that an OU team comprised of half Okies and half Texans always seems to the beat the majority of all-Texas teams?"
My wife is a OU fan also so we celebrate their wins and commiserate when they lose.

I can Honestly say in my entire life i only watched one football game from start to finish, And that was 1969 Jets Vs Baltimore ... The only redeeming value about football is it helps keep most of the players off the welfare rolls, And ''Some'' players out of jail...

Used to watch the 'boys' way back when they were a class act under Tom Landry. Alas, those days are long past.

Football

Sorry fellow trikers...if you live in Missouri, baseball is still number one, especially with the records of the Royals and Cardinals.

When one or the other wins the World Series, than I'll start watching football.
