Electrical problems - horn, cruise control

My wife's stallion has been incurring intermittent cruise control problems in that it will quit entirely. After it is stopped and key turned off it will usually will go again -- at least for awhile. One time it kicked in; however, she could not control the speed or manually shut it off. The only way she could cancel was to step on the brake. I have talked to Nick and he is going to get me some diagnostics. Just wondering if anyone else had this type of problem.

Now just this last week-end the horn has quit working. I checked the fuse and according to the manual #13 is suppose to be the one to control the horn and the interior lights. I can pull the fuse and the interior lights continue to work. I cannot find the actual horn -- does anyone know where it is hidden? Any and all suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Just a quick follow-up. The problem was the clock spring under the steering wheel. It controls both the horn and the cruise control -- replaced and everything is working, sort of. Shortly after we got it installed the shifter would not come out of park and the AC quit. Don't know if it is all related or not.
