I had an opportunity to drop by the production shop last Friday. The wife and I have been traveling around the south east for the past couple of months, in the pickup, and I knew I was going to stop by when we traveled thru Memphis. Red Banks Miss is just a short drive. I have to say I was very impressed. We received a tour of the facility from Devin, wow an impressive young man with lots of desire to be the best at what he does. Devin picked my mind as to how the comfort lift kit, which I won in nov 2014, worked for us and how we like the deluxe tank lift kit. I went there to get specific info on the oil cooler and filter relocate kit. Before I left, I bought the cooler and filter relocate kit and it is on the way to me.

I enjoyed the visit and I know that I will continue to add DK Custom products to the tri glide. Thanks Devin for the tour. Jim and Brenda Kirkland

I didn't go to the shop, but I did place an order one evening. The next morning I received an email that my order had shipped and a tracking number.

I think the thing I really like besides the phenomenal service is that they actually road test the hell out of their products before they go on sale. If a product can stand up to the trips that Kevin and Mary take, I won't hurt it. They don't settle for just good enough. It's real world engineering vs some engineer who doesn't ride just coming. Up with something. I too will buy from DK Customs again. Now where is that damn piggy bank? I need a Power Vision and an air cleaner and oil cooler and.....

Thank you! It really is a big part of what we do, and a lot of ideas never make it past testing...either because they won't hold up to a lifetime of service, or conflict with other desirable mods.
