Directional signal not flashing in rear

I have a RSV with a Hannigan kit all has been fine with the directional signals for the last few years, however I'm running into a problem with the left and right rear signal LED lighting not flashing? Both in front work fine and the brake and running lighting are okay. It does seem that if either the left or right signal is turned on they both<i> faintly</i> <i>flash</i> as the same time? I pulled the and looked at the directional switch all seems to look okay NOTE! I say seems to look okay just not sure... .Anyone else with similar problems? Any suggestions where to look?<img src="images/smilies/shrug.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Shrug" class="inlineimg" />

Had the same with my vtx. Pull the lights and disconnect one at a time. One of them may be defective. I got lucky on the first one.

sounds like a short of some sort. or a ground problem?

The latest: Starting probing around with the voltmeter and still unable to detect a problem, but must admit I am not good this the probing thing soooo My wife suggest that I contact CrossRoad trikes the people that did the conversation in Salt Lake City. Informed them of what was going on and he Immediately said its the "load equalizer", which I did fine under the body attached to the fame.. Said it was not uncommon at all and all symptoms point in that direction "Hell" I looked at it several times yesterday and said hummm.. Anyway I'm on my way to fine a 12 volt load equalizer.. Got pictures of it in the cell so there won't be any questions on type, shape and size... Let ya posted on the results..

Wired in a new "Duel load Equalizer" and problem solved. Might be something to keep in mine if you should run into a similar problem.. Thanks for the advice cavie and Cougar appreciate it..
