Differences between FLH and FLRT Passenger Floorboards

Does anyone know why so many OEM and Non-OEM passenger floorboards state "Fits all touring except Trike models" What gives? The stock set is interchangeable with all other Touring bikes, but the "special" ones are hit and miss on bolt on fitment.

Does anyone know why so many OEM and Non-OEM passenger floorboards state "Fits all touring except Trike models" What gives? The stock set is interchangeable with all other Touring bikes, but the "special" ones are hit and miss on bolt on fitment.

I switched mine for touring model passenger peg mounts. The mount was a Harley issue and I used Kuryakyn switchblade pegs. If it is the same year model, it should fit your trike. The Harley mounts I ordered stated "not trikes"... but they work fine.
