CSC luggage lightbar

Only 1/2 of my CSC Viper luggage box lightbar is working. This is the chevron styled led light at the top of the luggage door.

Has anybody had any issues with this light? Kind of wondering why 1/2 of the light is working. Is it likely that all the led’s on one side went bad. It appears that 3 wires are running through a hole in the door. Any help would be appreciated.

I know that there were problems on the lighted cobra bumper LED lights and CSC seemed pretty good about honoring the warranty. I haven't heard any issues with that trunk LED light though. How old is your conversion? CSC gave me a 5 year warranty on my Viper conversion. I would reach out to them and see what they are willing to do for you about a possible replacement.
