Out of pulled pulled pork. Time to restock the freezer.
I make a rub with 10 ingredients to it & injected them with DR pepper soda. On the DC.

This little pellet smoker really delivers some kick ass smoke.

I'm using a "Mexican Heat Blend" My brother gave me. Set the temp @ 165 for a couple hours then up to 225 for overnight.

Is that a pellet cooker?

Yes I have 2 of them. Been using pellet somkers/grills since 2008. This one is my GMG Davey Crockett its a tailgator model. I took off the legs & put it on a cart for mobility & higher/easier to use. I've found its perfect fro cooking for 2 people & is my go to grill. Whats nice about pellets....like when doing long cooks is you can fill the hopper set your temp & go to bed. The butts took about 17 hrs but turned out fantastic as usual. I also take the small one camping I have a rack that folds down on the back of my camper & it makes for a perfect out door kitchen when camping.

My other pit is the Green Mountain Grill (GMG) Jim Bowie. Which is the biggest one they make. I seldom use it. But it sure comes in handy for corn, 15 lb brisket & multiple butt cooks, multiple racks if ribs, & oh yes PIZZA!! once you've cooked a pizza over in a wood fired oven you won't go back to cooking them in the house.
