BOOM GTS Software Updates issue

I download the latest BOOM GTS software from HD site. I zipped the file generating an ISO format file. I saved it on an USB pen and followed the manual instruction.*

Unfortunatelly the BOOM show an error message saying that the file is not correct.*

What is wrong?

Yes, thanks. This is the site from which I downloaded the sotware. I followed instructions but it doesn't work....

From the Harley website instructions:

When the download is complete, copy the file within the zipped folder to the USB flash drive.

Unless something has changed the file you copy to the USB flash drive must be in the flash drive's root directory. If not the BoomBox can't find it.
