I pulled the trigger on getting the IRS rear end from IMC today. The parts are out for powder coat and assembly of the unit should start some time next week. Now I have to start the surgery on my TG and remove the stock solid axle. Not sure how long it will take to preform the axlectomy but I'll get started on

Sunday.

PICTURES WE Want pictures of her ass wide open :p

The lift is made by Redline Engineering and the model # is 1500HD. The side wings are removable so when it's not being used it slides under my work bench out of the way. It's air over hydraulic and has no problems lifting the trike. When I start the disassembly I'll be posting photos.

The amputation is complete and the patient is now in a comatose state waiting for the new organ transplant parts to show up. Learned a lot from this project, most of all that I want to start a new career selling LocTite to Harley. Their supply must be low after they built my TG. All in all it wasn't too bad of a job at least so far.

I got to pick the swingarm/IRS mount today. The main IRS unit will be complete and ready for pick up on Monday. There was a delay in receiving some of the parts from outside vendors or it would have been complete today. I saw the unit minus the missing parts and it is beefy and well built. Here is a photo of the swingarm/mount.
