My mechanic is installing a Bazazz tuner chip on my gl1800 today as well as the extra automatic tuner chip. The instructions seem fairly straight forward but would require more skills than I have.
Anybody else out there that has seen these? I have a lot of mods on the trike so thought this might do some good. I have a Kury air filter. E3 spark plugs, torque loops, and V&H Monster mufflers. The trike is running way too rich with this setup so the tuner should rectify that. Here's hoping....
One thing I noticed was after I got all this stuff done, before the tuner chip, I hit 6K revs really quick. Almost too quick sometimes. That, and the trike sounds awesome.
I'll try to let ya' all know what I think in a few days. I'm also getting extensive suspension mods done. I'll report on those as well.
My custom Motor Trike has now been totally modified from front to back and bottom to top.
Now all I need is a custom paint job to finish it up.
