Anyone tried these bars, or know anything about them? I have KhromeWerks 2+2 on my trike now. I like the height, but the 2" further pullback somehow affects the way the seat fits. I'm slouching and I'm boxed in due to the bar's closeness. A back rest isn't the answer because that'll just jut me forward. I'm hoping the Tallboy will give me height without the pullback. I know what the catalog description says, but would like a real world opinion. http://www.harley-davidson.com/store/tallboy-touring-handlebar.

Narrow vs Wide

Do you have the narrow ones or the wide ones. The angle of the grip is a little straighter on the wide ones just curious? I installed wide 2+2 sweepers last winter and for me they great. :Shrug:ride safely fearless

Just my opinion....They will not be enough to make a real difference. I went with a 12" rise. And should have gone 14" Mind you they are much better and I can live with them as the expense of doing it again would just piss me off. But by the time you pull them back closer to you {again in my opinion} which is the real advantage they are back to being the same height. As far as the backrest putting you closer, it doesn't. It can if you want it to, but adjusting it to be just enough to use as a back rest leaning slightly back leaves you in the same position as without.
