I destine spliced, loose, hanging or mis-coded wires. I have always thought there might be another way to install the pigtail for a Batter Tender. When Randy built my trike he installed a copper wire/fused pigtail for a batter tender. This made my idea easy to install. I found a panel mount SAE/Battery Tender connector. I mounted it on the left side of the GW just in front of the battery and down just a little. If you look just to the left of the fuse box you'll find an open area plenty big enough for wiring and the back side of the panel connector. This prevents any wires from hanging down and also provides a 12 Volt outlet for my trouble light, air compressor and emergency flashing light if needed. I don't claim to be an automotive electrician or photographer!
